Call SOS when you need a little help with hunting in Florida
We are different from most outfitters/guides in two ways:
1) Most outfitters/guides will take you to private land. If you want to go back, you have to pay them again. We take you to public land. This way if you want to go back by yourself, you can. And if you want us to take you again, that’s even better! Either way, it’s your choice.
2) Most outfitters/guides will set you up in a spot with little or no instruction as to why the spot was chosen. Your hunting skills might progress, but they will do so very slowly. We hunt with you and explain why we are doing what we are doing. Your hunting skills have a chance to progress much more quickly.

Many hunters enjoy the activity because they are able to experience nature on a much deeper level than the average hiker or general outdoor enthusiast. Even if you decide that you do not want to engage in the full range of hunting activities, acquiring the skills of a hunter can help you to enjoy nature like you never have before.
“In a civilized and cultivated country, wild animals only continue to exist at all when preserved by sportsmen.”
“But already a change is taking place, owing, not to an increased humanity, but to an increased scarcity of game, for perhaps the hunter is the greatest friend of the animals hunted, not excepting the Humane Society.”
–Henry David Thoreau
